Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
